To support our growing business across Africa we are seeking seasoned professionals to fill in the following roles within our sales division.
REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO
Location: Kinshasa
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Regional Sales Representative to lead tactical interventions that help us win in Kinshasha and surrounding areas. This is a highly operational role requiring independence, resilience, and a strong commercial mindset. The successful candidate will play a critical role in accelerating growth, building strong market presence, and supporting start-up sales operations in Western DR Congo. This is business development role reporting to the Cluster General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Market Penetration & Tactical Execution strategies that drive sales and achieve growth targets.
- Identify and engage key Route to Market stakeholders with the objective of identifying the best suited to work with us
- Set up and manage efficient sales processes in a start-up environment.
- Ensure smooth execution of operational activities to support rapid growth.
- Identify and build strong relationships with distributors and retail partners to maximize coverage.
- Monitor stakeholders’ commercial performance and implement corrective actions to sustain success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration with the Eastern DRC team to align strategies and share best practices.
- Provide commercial insights to the senior leadership through the line manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years in FMCG sales, with experience in start-up operations.
- Proven track record of business growth in Kinshasa.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in French and local languages.
- Mandatory ability to communicate fluently in English both oral and written.
- Strong commercial acumen, drive, and tenacity to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced data analytics skills – Excel, BI tools.
- This role is open to Democratic Republic of Congo nationals.
- REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – SOUTH SUDAN
Location: Juba, South Sudan
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Representative based in Juba to drive revenue growth in South Sudan. This role is critical in increasing our presence in trade, recruiting wholesalers, streamlining route-to-market, and identifying new channels. The successful candidate will manage key relationships and execute strategies that deliver sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase presence in trade through effective coverage and execution.
- Recruit and onboard wholesalers to strengthen distribution networks.
- Streamline and enhance route-to-market strategies for efficiency and reach.
- Identify and develop new channels to expand market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent engagement and support to drive loyalty and performance.
- Deliver on agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform tactical interventions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG sales or trade marketing within South Sudan.
- Proven ability to grow market share and manage distribution networks.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in local languages and Arabic.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- This role is open only to South Sudan nationals.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to use BI tools.
